Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Ready

[We had a] very smooth implementation, with an amazing and patient support staff and team of employees that helped us transition into the system. We had a lot of unknowns going in and they helped us navigate throught each scenario making the system stronger than expected.

Kronos Workforce Ready is being used across the entire organization in multiple departments with very different schedules, systems, and requirements. It was implemented to address payroll errors, time keeping management, and also to reduce paper and human errors in our old processes.
  • Ability to set specific department needs within one program. Such as we have some employees working 24 hour shifts, 12 hour shifts and standard 8 hour shifts. Kronos helps manage all the different needs and overtime policies in one program.
  • Employee interaction. With multiple departments, Workforce Ready was able to meet the needs of high end users and low end users over multiple devices.
  • Simple and streamlined implementation with a great team.
  • The only thing would be is an easier way to bookmark favorite reports to the home screen with the settings already defined.
  • We just finalized implementation and are already seeing improvement in time reports.
Kronos was very affordable ad didn't require us to purchase unnecessary features to use the system.

Its compatibility with our existing payroll system and affordability.
We have had a very smooth transition from an old paper process to a fully managed system. This includes multiple departments with their own schedule, overtime rules, and standard operating procedures.
