Would not change anything. I am very pleased with Kronos Workforce.
Kronos Workforce Ready Implementation
- Vendor implemented
Yes - The first phase had the capability to learn the steps from entering a new employee into the system, track their time, and terminating an employee without actually being in the program itself. It was called the sandbox. I did not particularly like that part. I am the kind of person who learns best when I can do the entering and so forth and have it in the actual working phase.
My support person was very helpful and was patient and kind when I worked with him.
