Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Ready
We use Kronos Workforce Ready as our company wide time keeping system, time off tracking system, HRIS system; for ACA compliance and we are adding the recruitment module presently.
Pros
- I like the step by step wizard for processing payroll - that way you don't miss anything.
- The ACA compliance module helped us so much during the reporting period.
- I love the Turtles Fun page - we all need a break once in a while.
Cons
- Even though the ACA module was a big time saver, it was also a little difficult to work with - knowing which boxes need to be checked in an employee's record and what that meant for their 1095 form.
- Sometimes we seem to have problems with managers being able to view/approve time sheets and can never figure out why.
- We are looking forward to streamlining the recruitment/onboarding process with the new recruiting module.
- ADP SmartCompliance and Choicelinx Benefits Insight
We used to use ADP as our time keeping system, but moved that to Kronos Workforce Ready so that we could have most of our functions on one platform.
