Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Ready
We use it for scheduling purposes and switching shifts. It is used by the whole company. It addresses problems with scheduling, payroll, time off requests. It is very easy to use and there have been some nice adjustments in the last year to make it more user friendly. I like using it and I think it has been a helpful tool.

I am not sure. I was not the decision maker for this product. I will say it is easy to use and I like using it as an employee. I think that it is clear and to the point and allows for minimal effort which is helpful for the work environment.

Using Kronos Workforce Ready
All types of functions. Since we are a retailer this is used for store associates, design teams, management teams and other functions across the company. It is really helpful especially in our retail locations as it keeps accountability, organization and time management at the top of mind for all our associates.
Kronos is an outside system that we use. We reach out to them for any support issues or issues with scheduling. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable and are able to help whenever we need it. It is great to have them as a support team but they are not in house.

Kronos has provided exceptional service many times especially when migrating two services together. It was great that they were able to help with so many people and accounts and merge everything successfully. It caused minimal issues, but those were resolved quickly thanks to the diligence of the support team and their service.
