Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Ready

Kronos Workforce Ready is used by the entire organization across 6 companies and 3300 employees. Kronos Workforce Ready is the HRIS and payroll system. The system has helped us with compliance and report generation.
  • Timekeeping- Ease of use.
  • Communication of information.
  • Automation HR and payroll processes.
  • Some of the features are actually add-ons with service partners.
  • Add more features that help meet the demands of the business.
  • Monitoring of overtime.
  • Employee compliance.
  • Reduction in paperwork.
Kronos is far superior in functionality and report generation. Workday does not have advanced time keeping and payroll that Kronos excels at.
Because Kronos is a better fit for hourly positions.
Managing a large diverse workforce we have the flexibility in changing and adapting in Kronos.
Would like to see more training on new features.
Kronos is an excellent system for small to medium-sized businesses. The payroll and timekeeping system is top-notch.
