Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Ready

Kronos Workforce Ready is used by my organization. It is being used by our HR department to monitor biannual employee/manager reviews and record results. It's helping to address problems such as disorganized and incomplete data.
  • Provide integrated solutions.
  • Unparalleled customer service.
  • Easy-to-use cloud-based structure.
  • Insufficient training materials/programs provided.
  • An overwhelming amount of data is stored at times.
  • Time card corrections can be overwhelming and difficult to manage.
  • Overtime spending is very easy to view and control.
  • Employee productivity is monitors real-time which is very beneficial.
  • IT issues are resolved quickly.
We selected Kronos Workforce Ready because it was one of the better-priced packages and provided many different types of reports.
My industry really appreciates that a mobile application is available. Many employees are traveling most of the time and it's very useful. It's critical that data is updated in real time, so managers can make decisions based on the latest and most correct information.
I really appreciate the goal tracking and capturing capabilities of the program. It's crucial that, as an employee in the Purchasing department, that my contracts stay on track and that site tests are monitored closely. This program has fantastic dashboards to clearly communicate where I'm at with projects.
There are a plethora of training and learning materials and I've definitely used a few of them. I've watched a couple webinars during my lunch breaks and the response from technical support is unapparelled.

Well Suited:

  • When you want to view reports and data on the mobile app, it's great!
  • A lot of the information is on-demand which is convenient.
Less Appropriate:
  • Setting up access to your account can be difficult because of multiple log-in errors.
