Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Ready

We are using Kronos Workforce Ready to organize all employees' schedules. It also handles all time-off requests that anyone in our company needs. This program handles all scheduling and analyzes any potential schedule overlaps with the requests.
  • Time-off requests.
  • Break and lunch schedules.
  • Communication throughout the company.
  • Doesn't show which location the employee is at.
  • Kept us organized.
It gives the opportunity to have a schedule made for each employee based off of their schedule and the business needs of the company.
It allows me to request a day off and either make it public to trade with someone, or to just ask for PTO to be applied.
We received training on Kronos when we are hired, but it's just the basics.
Kronos Workforce Ready is well suited for organizing employee schedules and time-off requests.
