We use Lattice for performance reviews, 1:1s, and goals. Lattice has kept the cadence to our performance reviews in order and on time. Our goal is to have more managers participate in the 1:1 and goal features with consistency. The templates for performance reviews, 1:1 meetings and goals are helpful to begin with.
