Overall Satisfaction with Lattice

We use Lattice for performance reviews, 1:1s, and goals. Lattice has kept the cadence to our performance reviews in order and on time. Our goal is to have more managers participate in the 1:1 and goal features with consistency. The templates for performance reviews, 1:1 meetings and goals are helpful to begin with.

  • Auto communication from the online platform
  • Detailed reports for usage and effectiveness
  • Extremely lengthy review process/timeframe to complete
  • Can be difficult to modify reviews/reviewers/reopen reviews if past the deadline for submission
  • More user friendly operations for admins
  • The ROI of the products we have ended up not making sense a few years after adoption
  • Low adherance to company wide goals on timely performance reviews, 1:1 meetings, and goals entered
  • We did see more reviews being completed overall and not being missed.
The programs are similar in essence.

Overall, Lattice is a solid platform. I had issues as an admin navigating and achieving certain tasks such as reopening reviews past deadlines, etc. Some of the information I was looking to obtain wasn't on certain screens or in certain areas I would expect it to be. Overall, Lattice does what it needs to do.

Probably further negotiation on price and features to be competitive in the market.
