It is really helpful to get in touch with the team point of view on a particular case where it is critical to decide and take action. Lattice is widely used for performance management and ratting the the employee however it is a great appriciation tool having standard reminder for the different task. It is also used for promoting features of an application and getting the review for it. It is really great and i have been using it since last 2-3 years.
