Can't beat Lattice for Talent Management
Overall Satisfaction with Lattice
We use Lattice as our HRIS, payroll processor, and talent management platform. We use performance reviews, engagement surveys, goal setting and tracking, compensation reviews and benchmarking, and career and personal development. It helps combine employment, performance, compensation, and attrition data so we can better understand company culture and performance patterns, plan for leadership development, and track individual success towards overall company objectives.
Pros
- Lattice is super intuitive to use. I never forget about tasks or let reviews fall through the cracks.
- I love Lattice's 1x1 agenda format. I can easily keep track of talking points and action items.
- Lattice makes review routing and anonymous surveys a piece of cake. I can choose my anonymity thresholds and I'm never worried about names showing up or the wrong employee receiving the wrong review results back.
Cons
- Payroll is missing a couple helpful features like ability for employees to submit expenses/expense reports
- I wish Lattice had an in-house ATS, but the integration with Greenhouse is pretty solid
- I wish time tracking had ability to allocate time/costs to projects or grants (particularly helpful for non-profits)
- Lattice has had a huge return on investment since we started using it for HRIS and Payroll and were able to reduce our number of outside vendors and costs
- We're able to benchmark our engagement and eNPS scores and show a positive trend over time, using Lattice.
- We are able to measure a material reduction in regretted attrition with Lattice's manager enablement and engagement tools, and the attrition data that Lattice provides.
These other platforms are great at their own thing- like payroll for the most part, but some don't have native performance tools at all (ADP), and some are just so shallow and designed to just check the must-have boxes for orgs primarily focused on Payroll. Gusto and TriNet/Zenefits try to be all-in-one solutions, but their foundations are payroll and HRIS, respectively, so their performance and engagement tools are either missing or severely lacking.
