Overall Satisfaction with Lead Forensics
I am a business development representative and use Lead Forensics to check on any businesses within our ICP who click on website and spend time viewing white papers etc. i find this a fantastic tool which i have had much success with determining if they have a project or not a good way of getting into the business on a warmer level than completely cold, using this i have created pipeline for the sales team which ultimately is my job to do, i use it daily in my job and find it easy to use/ navigate.
I would recommend this to any other business/ BDRs out there.

Pros
- finding businesses who have clicked on website/ visited
- detail of what they have looked at and how long for
- make my job easier as creating a warmer lead
- easy to navigate
Cons
- when adding a current list of companies we already have to prevent them appearing on my lists
- improve CRM
- gained more leads who have a project
- some leads have gone on to sell
better all round more functionality
