Overall Satisfaction with Lead411

Lead 411 is a useful tool for targeted lead generation. We use it to identify contacts within specific verticles or industries and build lead generation campaigns around the information they provided. They also have a comprehensive search engine that allows us to find relevant news and updates within the industries we are targeting, allowing us to craft our marketing approach for the provided contacts. We also find value in their ability to append information around our current lead database.

It is very user friendly. The sliders/fields they use to find just the lead you are looking for is user friendly and easy to navigate. Occasionally there will be outages where it doesn't seem to register your search limits. There are also times where the download doesn't work, but sending them a quick message gets it sorted out in a timely matter.
We have used a few big players such as zoom info and db Roberts. I would say that each of those tools seemed to generate the same amount of qualified contacts for us and were every bit as intuitive. The main difference was that Lead411 provided all of that at a much better price.

It works well to give you curated lists of contacts that can be sorted in a variety of ways from company size, title, industry. Sometimes the validation tool doesn't work appropriately, so I would use it in tandem with other verification programs to make sure the data you're getting is clean.
