Overall Satisfaction with Lead411

We, at the Emerge Leadership Group LLC, have partnered with Lead411 for the past 6 years with great success. They provide great customer support, up to date information and continue to innovate to meet our needs and the needs of their clients.

Pros

  • First and foremost, up to date information
  • An innovative marketing system that is very easy to use
  • Great Customer Support, when necessary, which isn't often

Cons

  • Continuing to gather more contact information for us to use
  • Refine the list selection criteria so we can segment our lists
  • Lead411 has absolutely enabled us to grow our business over the years
It's fairly easy to use the Lead411 features as currently constituted. Some refinement on list segmentation would be helpful.
