I have used LeanData in many organizations to enhance, match and route leads to the right owners. We use a variety fields to better understand incoming leads and their needs so that we can match them with the right person who can help answer their questions. We've also used LeanData to convert leads automatically or add them to opportunities when appropriate. LeanData has also been used to trigger tasks, but most importantly it is an excellent tool to send detailed and personalized notifications to help end-users understand what they need to do with the incoming leads.
