Cons

  • The UI is a bit clunky and should be easier to navigate
  • With reporting was easier as well.
  • It has help us figure out why a record routed a specific path
  • The flexibility of the routing flow is stellar for complicated ROE's
  • I wish the UI was easier to navigate
Once you get the lay of the land, it's pretty easy to navigate and deploy changes.
Chili Piper is out the CRM and doesn't make it easy to connect to all users
