Overall Satisfaction with LeanData
We primarily use LeanData to help us route leads to our various sales representatives and to manage duplicates. The routing graphs make it very easy to know what will happen when a lead comes in and diagnose where it went if there is ever a problem. The merge interface is also more user-friendly than the native Salesforce interface.
