Overall Satisfaction with LeanData

We primarily use LeanData to help us route leads to our various sales representatives and to manage duplicates. The routing graphs make it very easy to know what will happen when a lead comes in and diagnose where it went if there is ever a problem. The merge interface is also more user-friendly than the native Salesforce interface.

  • It helps us avoid duplicates on imports.
It's usually pretty easy to understand; however, when first setting up the graphs or using the tools, there can be a pretty intense learning curve. It took some time to play around with the graphs before I started to really feel comfortable with the way the platform is set up.

LeanData effectively gets inbound leads where they need to go. It is also very helpful in identifying duplicates. The system they have in place is much more capable of identifying duplicate accounts or contacts than the native Salesforce platform. Utilizing the list analyzer tool makes importing contacts even more efficient.
