We use Less Annoying CRM across our sales department. Each team member has their own log in to control their leads and follow up. Less Annoying CRM has allowed me as the Director to monitor my sales team, stay in contact using the calendar and organize my leads.

There is simply no comparison. Quickbooks Lead Center is very limited in its ability to produce reports or even use a follow-up spreadsheet. In QuickBooks Lead Center your follow-up consists of a report that doesn't show any notes, must be clicked on one by one and when printed only prints the name of the lead (no notes, dates etc.) With Less Annoying CRM you can customize reports, print them easily and have useful information right at your finger tips. Absolutely the best decision we made to increase our ROI.
