  • Integrates terrifically with MS Outlook
  • Ability to download into existing files
  • Integration with our accounting system
  • We can now find our customers when they call where we struggled before just using our order entry system

Probably the best customer experience I have ever personally experienced in my professional career. They answer the phone and respond and if they can't they get back to you immediately. Or if you email, they respond right away or call you.
We needed a CRM solution in which we could keep and maintain any pertinent information about our customers where everyone had access to the information. We can email quotes from the CRM, file documents and keep notes. Furthermore, we can add unlimited fields, people, addresses, phone #'s... anything you can think of!
