Overall Satisfaction with Less Annoying CRM
Less Annoying CRM is a great customer management tool that allows my team to track prospects, easily classify leads, and keep track of information that everyone needs as it relates to our clients. It's very strong for the monthly price and with just a few workarounds can be used instead of some of the more expensive and complex CRMs out there. Notes. History. Contact details. Reminders. Tasks with deadlines. It's been great to help the business grow.
- Create Deadlines and show tasks that have been completed
- Organize customer information for sharing within the team
- Helps the team communicate who is doing what for which customer
- It doesn't have built-in email marketing tools like some of the more expensive competitors
- It doesn't have optical character recognition for adding business card data, a scan input function would be nice
- That's about all I've found is missing
- This should be your minimum requirement if you have customers.
- Less Annoying CRM has meant more revenue and happier customers.
- Without a CRM, you miss appointments and opportunities. This one works great and is affordable.
HubSpot has a huge selection of tools, reports, integrations and supports that Less Annoying does not have.
It is not comparable in price or functionality - but I am comparing it because it was the last CRM I used before I used Less Annoying, and it made me realize that if you don't need all the bells and whistles, but you just need to track your Customers and manage your leads and you don't want to spend a lot of money, Less Annoying CRM is the way to go.
