Overall Satisfaction with Less Annoying CRM
I manage marketing and promotional events in seven states. Less Annoying CRM allows me to easily keep track of my events, clients, contacts, leads, and referrals as well as ongoing correspondence. Using their system is painless! I love being able to track each business client's events and changes from year to year, and the task reminders are extremely valuable.

- Maintain records of correspondence and completed tasks
- Provide detailed information on clients to other team members
Cons
- LACRM already took care of my only complaint; I can have extraneous email correspondence attached to a contact even if it's generated outside of the LACRM system by using the bcc log code. Genius!
- Using Less Annoying CRM saves time
- Using the system makes me look good when managing annual events and I "remember" details about clients from year to year
