Overall Satisfaction with Lessonly

We use Lessonly across CS and Sales along with On-Boarding every employee at QGenda. For sales is it a huge component of our weekly and monthly work. We use it to ramp reps, reiterate training, quiz and develop reps. We use it for QGenda specific content or use outside practices to drive behaviors and increase production across the sales org.

If I started a company I would model my CS structure on how Lessonly is organized. There are always there to help and provide quarterly feedback. On top of the individuals we have worked with are rock stars.
Overall, Lessonly had the UI and features we desired. The functionality and support structure was also something we liked over the other vendors. We also were included in their Yellowship user conference.
