Overall Satisfaction with Lessonly

I selected Lessonly to be the LMS for my division, KellyConnect. We use it currently to support one client of 6000 employees. We plan to expand in the future to other clients.

It provides us a tool to create and store learning content, as well as easy reporting.

Pros

  • User interface is extremely simple and engaging.
  • Listen to feedback and implement changes quickly.

Cons

  • Gamification (leader boards/points for completion or scores).
  • Badges/certification (which is on its way).
  • Faster speed to competency for new leaders.
  • Increased completion rate for required training.
Excellent customer support. From the initial sale to the implementation to the ongoing relationship, Lessonly has been fantastic. My entire team loves working with them and often states how responsive the customer service team is.
I selected Lessonly due to a few factors - the alignment with company values, the ease of pricing, the user interface and the willingness to adapt to our specific needs.
Lessonly has been an excellent fit for my division. I have loved my interactions with all employees on their team. Their company values match our own. They are flexible and agile, and perfectly suited for our learning management needs now and in the future.
