Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Jobs

ZipRecruiter and Dice are better at finding "HOT" candidates where they are actively looking for a new position whereas Linkedin is more of a "catch all" method. There can be more "solicitation" regarding Linkedin, however it provides the advantage of being a great source of a wide array of candidates.
