Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Jobs
We use LinkedIn Jobs for networking and business expansion opportunities. It's primarily used by our recruiter and networking specialist. It brings an easier environment to connect with other people that would otherwise not be available.
- LinkedIn profile integration.
- Non-invasive messaging.
- Networking opportunities outside of business expansion.
- It would benefit in giving the option for different privacy levels. Though it's not recommended when seeking employment, some people would still like to have maximum security.
- Applicant management is spot on and really clean.
- Great visibility and customization of job offers.
- Great value asset for our company in helping to hire the correct person.
- Great for us due to our visible online presence to build confidence.
LinkedIn seems to have more customization and visualization options of the job offer itself.
