We use LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing candidates for the role we have. LinkedIn Recruiter offers wide pool of candidates available in job market with a wide range of filters we can apply while searching for candidates with specific skills and experience. LinkedIn Recruiter also provides In mails which help reaching out to candidates, the reminder feature works fantastic if any candidate does not respond in specific time frame. Additionally features like Open to work helps a lot as this provides pool of candidate who are specifically looking for jobs.

- Open to Work filter and highly interested filters works fantastic, helps in finding people who are available and looking.
- Field of study feature helps in targeting candidates with specific education background, more helpful finding recent grad candidates
Cons
- Should have a feature to target specific certifications
- Should have a feature to target candidates with recommendations
- Skills shows only candidates who has endorsed those skills, can be improved, many of tools are not updated here
- Improved the quality of candidates as compared to other job boards
- Pool of candidates has improved which increases the chances hires
- Cost is on the higher side but provides best in class features so ROI is better in terms of other tools
- Dice.com and Monster.com
LinkedIn Recruiter provides best features as compared to competitors. Pool of candidates is more as compared to others. Recommendation features help gauge genuine candidates.
