Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
The tool is effective when it works. However, when it does not work, in my opinion, you will not be assisted. You receive an amount of inmails every month, and they are good for reaching out to new contacts. But, in my experience, often the credits, i.e., the inmails are not credited to your account without delays - and the custumer service agents cannot help you. So if it is important to you to reach out to leads, be wary. In my experience, this option does not work as outlined in the ads/descriptions.
