We're using LinkedIn talent to recruit great people by leveraging relationships.
- Excellent networking tool
- Easy to search
- Increases likelihood of response
- Pricing is steep
- Search can be a little clunky
- Should auto refresh
- Hiring high-talent people without leaning as heavily on third party recruiters
- Able to get warm referrals through networking
- Increase quality of hires by leveraging referrals
Much better. Higher user base and better functionality. You get what you pay for and even though it can be steep, we really value the tool. We've rolled it out globally to all our offices and have found really good candidates through the tool. Many recruiters use it as their go-to tool.
