Overall Satisfaction with Litmos
Litmos was used by our learning & development team in the human resources department for learning management.
- Litmos offers a lot of features and functionality for learning administration.
- The reporting functionality in Litmos is very extensive and easy to use.
- Litmos has a huge library of course content available to learners.
- Due to the large number of features available, the system is not as easy to navigate as more simple systems.
- The Litmos system does not have the ability to auto-generate surveys to learners following a learning object.
- The system does not have a calendar feature where live events can be added or edited.
- Litmos made learning administration and compliance reporting much easier.
- Litmos increased the number of business skills courses we were able to offer to our associates. These courses were able to be used for personal improvement plans and professional development needs.
- Litmos is fairly simple to launch and implement.
Litmos has many of the same extensive features that Cornerstone offers but in a much more user-friendly platform. I would choose Litmos over Cornerstone for certain. Mindflash is a simpler system with less features but offers a clean, easy to administer platform for smaller learning programs and organizations.
