Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our business uses Litmos as a training platform for our own employees. It's used enterprise wide to complete mandatory safety trainings, teach about new systems or processes, and onboard new hires. Litmos allows our business to use one convenient, centralized system to train all employees.

Litmos is extremely easy to use, from both an end user and training creation standpoint. It provides a solution that can be used on desktop or mobile, offers simplified metrics to our HR team, and overall allows our employees to complete trainings efficiently so that they can get to their work quickly.

Litmos is perfect for medium to larger organizations where large amounts of people need to complete the same trainings for different purposes. It offers a quick overview to show who's completed, who has not, etc. Smaller organizations may not benefit as much as they most likely could get away with less formal systems.
