Litmos is well suited if you need a corporate LMS that is user friendly, doesn't require a lot of maintenance, has a built-in basic authoring tool, and can have a dynamic global library. There aren't a lot of bells and whistles, however, that's not needed for every business. It looks great, integrates well with other software, and is fast.

Where Litmos can become more challenging is managing different use cases and customizing content for specific audiences. Additionally, if you are used to creating content using a more robust authoring tool, transitioning to the internal one will be an adjustment.
