Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Litmos as our LMS. We use it to track attendance in instructor led training and to push out compliance training to the business. It enable us to keep records in an efficient way and move away from using spreadsheets. We also use it for all of our onboarding training.

Usability

I have been happy using Litmos as our LMS. As someone who had never used an LMS before, I found it easy to learn through the Dojo training and managed to become the SME in the business quite quickly.

Likelihood to Recommend

Litmos works well for us because we run a lot of in person training, so we are able to manually add people to courses and keep a record of who attended (rather than on paper sign up sheets or excel files). We also love how easy it is into integrate the compliance training.
