Overall Satisfaction with Litmos

KPI Deck reporting, team reporting, specifically for time spent on the platform, number of course completions, and which employees have finished or not finished the assigned course. We also utilize Litmos for mandatory security training, onboarding tasks, and additional purposes.

Pros

  • Quick reports.
  • Easy to assign courses.
  • Many course options available.

Cons

  • Types of reports available.
  • Simplified reporting.
  • Increased training compliance rates.
  • Increased employee engagement.
We use both Litmos and LinkedIn Learning. I think LinkedIn Learning has a lot more courses available, and they are available in many languages, which is a necessity for us being a global company.

I think there is more we can do with the platform that we are not aware of or have not been educated on.

Litmos is well-suited for running reports and assigning mandatory courses. I do not use Limtos for browsing courses outside of the mandatory ones.
