Overall Satisfaction with Litmos

We use Litmos as our main source of both distributing and tracking learning. From compliance and skills training, to signing up for ILT and vILT sessions, Litmos helps us with it all! It has allowed us to create automated assignments to ensure everyone is getting the necessary training in a timely manner. We have around 3000 users with many different job titles, and Litmos has allowed us to give each not only the training they need to do their job, but the ability to upskill and take courses that are interesting to them to keep them engaged.

We are legacy Litmos customers and have seen a lot of growth from Litmos, especially in the last 12 to 18 months. As we researched others, we found that Litmos could do the majority of the things others did at a more reasonable cost, and save us the headache of having to switch all of our users to a new platform.

Now that we have implemented the newest version of the learner homepage, meganav, and updated ILT calendar, users are really enjoying the updated look and feel.

Litmos is fantastic for working with large groups of people and allows you to create different groups and assignment rules based on those groups, job titles, managers, etc. It has a lot of features available for both internal employees and external customers. If you are a smaller organization, you may not need this robust of a platform.
