Overall Satisfaction with Litmos

We use Litmos as our Learning Management System (LMS) for mandatory training and bespoke sessions, which we create and add to the system.

Pros

  • Good reporting suite.
  • Allows us to send content to right people and right time.
  • Good range of courses.

Cons

  • Should support people more with onboarding.
  • Litmos Dojo not for everyone, remember learning styles.
  • Reporting is great when you know how, and I feel this should be covered with clients as part of onboarding.
  • Good reporting.
  • Understanding engagement with learning.
  • Able to reach a global audience.

It's hard to know what you don't know. It wasn't until we paid for a health check that we truly realized its potential. I think Litmos needs to consider how they onboard, as previously mentioned, and that Litmos University may not suit everyone's learning style.

Our representative has conducted a health check with us, and this has been a great use of our time, as he has been very helpful and flexible with us.
