Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Litmus is used by 3 email marketing analysts in my organization. We use it mostly for spam testing and to edit our HTML codes.

Pros and Cons

Spam test: It's very easy to use.
HTML code: Litmus has some shortcuts when writing the code that helps a lot (like when you write
Email marketing content: I read a lot of its content and apply it to my daily work.

Spam Test: What you do you do very well, but here we also use Glockapps to see if our campaign will reach the inbox of our leads. It would be great if we could do that on Litmus too.

Return on Investment

Litmus is very helpful when it comes to editing our HTML codes because our campaign sender software doesn't do it very well.
We rely almost completely on Litmus' spam reports to pick a subject to test in our AB tests, so it makes us save time and decrease the loss of opportunities of creating an AB test where one of the sides will fall into a spam box.

Marketing Strategy

It makes us be more assertive. We know right away what won't work.

Likelihood to Recommend

For what I use it for, Litmus is well suited in general, but it would be very handy if it had Glockapps's inbox insights.
