Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
We use Litmus to test how our emails look on all the different email platforms, it helps us make sure that the users' experience with our emails is optimal and pleasant. This can make the difference between selling or not selling our product, we must be able to provide the best experience in every aspect of the way.
Pros
- Displaying visual bugs.
- The builder helps us quickly test solutions.
- The versions' function is super useful.
Cons
- I'm not aware of all the functions Litmus offers. But I'm pleased with the ones I use.
- We save time not having to test each platform manually.
- Helps us catch lots of bug with time to fix them.
We use many third-party email service providers, but we have not integrated any with Litmus. We just send a sample to our "Litmus Email" from any platform to test it. I didn’t even know that it was possible to integrate Litmus with them, that's interesting.
We don't use that function. We just share the link of the email displays with whoever needs to review it.
