Overall Satisfaction with LiveAgent

I use LiveAgent to support users on several e-learning sites we built, host and administer. LiveAgent provides an efficient centralized platform to quickly and easily respond to customer needs and track our interactions. At the moment we only use the email support function but I see great potential for future expansions of our touch points.

  • Provides consistent and easy response processes.
  • There is a bit of a learning curve but not unexpected given the flexibility.
  • LiveAgent is a simple, reasonably priced solution for customer support.
  • Our previous solution was costing us more for far less value.
LiveAgent is simpler to implement. It provides great ROI right out of the box and the online support is excellent. They seem to understand that the real value in a product like a help desk is simple and reliable features. We were actually pushed away from Teamwork Desk because of changes they have been regularly making which changed the workflow and slowed us down. If it ain't broke don't fix it. And if you do need to fix it, make that as seamless and low impact on workflows as possible. We don't have time to figure out new features and benefits that seem to appear almost every time we log in. What we used to be able to do instantly and get back to our main jobs takes time to learn and time to confirm that the results are still what we and our customers need. That is a frustration that does not occur with LiveAgent which is awesome!
I think this is an excellent product for individual small business owners who need a robust customer support and communication platform that will grow with their needs and sophistication. It gets the job done well with implementation of a few basic features yet I can see the potential is great to expand our customer responsiveness without needing significant additional investments of time and money. It is ready to grow along with us.
