Overall Satisfaction with Logi Info (Logi Analytics Platform)

We use Logi Info with our product and the specialty of the Logi Info is, it was embedded with our product and it was easy to manage the data from our application. We did not require any development effort to implement it with our product. It's very cool as well as cost effective. Also, it supports all the graphs and analytics offered by Tableau. It's helping us to view our product insights like how many users interacted with our application, converted leads, revenue generated and expenses at one destination.

  • Tutorials should be improved as initially it looks complex to use.

  • Saved a lot of money by providing easy customizable option and multiple technology support.
Logi Info was easy to integrate to our product and it's OEM model was very cost effective. Hence, having a cost effective platform was our primary choice. Logi Info is also easy to use if I make a comparison specifically with Tableau. Also, Logi Info offers better visualization than Tableau and reports are easy to create.

I am giving 9 rating because the Logi Info still needs to improve on the tutorials part and make it easy for the beginners. Otherwise, it's a very good analytics tool which offers more than 20 types of visualization. It's predictive analysis feature and easy to embed with technologies make it stand out in the market.
The support process is bit slow and has a good scope improvement but overall it's good as team is very supportive. They generally take 1-2 days time to respond emails sent to them but some times a delay is also expected. Overall, I did not face any major issues using the service.
Logi Info is very efficient when we need to make the customized reports. It is very easy to drag and drop the data elements and generate report. We have a multiple data sources and Logi Info makes it easier to bring the data from different sources and show it on the dashboard.
