Overall Satisfaction

I've used LogMeIn Rescue to remote into customer's computers for troubleshooting. The steps are very easy to follow for those without technical skills.
  • Very easy to walk non-technical users through the process of sharing their screen.
  • Can't think of any.
  • Better customer service
  • Less time required to understand the customer's problem
  • GoToAssist,Symantec
LogMeIn Rescue requires no software to be installed on the technicians computer and is far simpler to use from the customer perspective.
