Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Rescue

We use LogMeIn Rescue in several different client settings for remote access when onsite visits are distance prohibitive.

  • A positive impact would be less travel costs because of remote access
  • A negative impact would be the cost of LogMeIn Rescue when the number of clients is low
DeskRoll and Splashtop are more web based interface whereas LogMeIn Rescue is app based. The cost of DeskRoll and Splashtop is excellent in comparison to LogMeIn Rescue.
It is well suited for user initiated remote support but isn't suited for 24/7 remote access.
