Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Rescue
It addresses remote support of our staff on the weekends and sometimes during the week's work. Saves us a trip at times to locations because we could just call the client and set up a session on LogMeIn Rescue. Minor to no issues with the software so far. Recommend to any company that does support.
- Remote assistance in guiding people.
- Remote screen recordings to record the entire session.
- Keeping track of your sessions from when you started one to when you ended.
- Sometimes keyboard might stop working for a remote user.
- Maybe another software to mirror desktop without having to have user grant permission to keyboard and mouse.
- Better reboot in remote session or reconnect.
- Keeps customers happy--we are able to assist quicker.
- Some customers don't want to go to the website to grant access.
- Some people don't know how to grant me correct access.

I selected LogMeIn Rescue because after reading reviews it seemed like it was very trustworthy and dependable. I used to use RDP into my office desktop, then remote into PCs from same network. With LogMeIn Rescue, I just work remotely straight from my home network. This cuts the use of network down and makes remote sessions much better.
