Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Rescue
I am an admin and we use it to cater a client. We take remote sessions/access of user's machine to help them troubleshoot issues. Application support, IT Service Desk, Help desk, are few of the teams that use this. apart fromt hat we also have the end user support team that assists users using the LogMeIn Rescue. Our users have the calling card installed on their machines
Pros
- Remote access
- Live translate
- Invite technician to the same session
Cons
- Translate is in Beta but needs to launch and come into prod soon
- If a mobile feature was available, that would be helpful
- No impact i believe as we've been using it since a long time now
No impact on security/or any positive changes. definitely it doesn't hamper or compromise the security
