Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Rescue
I use LogMeIn Rescue application to remotely connect with customer's computer screen for troubleshooting the software. Customer needs our assistance with software malfunction, software upgrades/updates and assisting customer to walk through with the issues that they face when using our software. LogMeIn Rescue is quick, fast & user-friendly both for organization's employees & customers
Pros
- Basically, the screenshare is quick and fast without any hassle
- Never found any glitches or lags when using remotely into customer's computer
- The best part is now LogMeIn Rescue has come up with download free remote access
Cons
- I was looking to see if customer can skip downloading file then running it. But this was recently rectified and a new feature already been released. So no complaints here

- Positive: First thing comes to mind is user-friendly, fast, reliable
- Positive: No download required, straight get to the remote session and help the customer
- FYI, being into product support (Not a company owner/decision maker) so unable to tell here about ROIs and Revenue

Being an employee n an organization, LogMeIn Rescue application is trust worthy by every employees along with customers. I never had an instance where customer question us back asking "Is the application legit?". That's how a trust is built within organization & customers.
So LogMeIn Rescue is so useful to us as being in Product Support to technically help all our customers which requires a screenshare.

The best part of LogMeIn Rescue is where we can switch monitors from our end to view on customer's computers. I guess as much as I know no other application like Microsoft Teams does not have this (I'm not sure if paid version have it or not)

So LogMeIn Rescue offers such a user-friendly application with minimal efforts to get those access with all the permissions and help resolve the concern of the customers
