Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Rescue
I use it as a support tool to remote on to customers machines who struggle with instructions on the phone, it makes it easier for me as I can then see ahts going on, guide a customer through or even take control and perform actions such as installations on my own its very handy!
Pros
- Having the option to email a link to a customer is handy when customers have stricter IT
- The online portal is getting there, I managed to view a session to help a customer massively
- its quite simple to direct a customer due to the short length of the web address
Cons
- Could do with a lick of paint on the app
- It can be a bit complicated to navigate for less tech savvy users
- Sometimes it wont connect or maintain connection not sure how LogMeIn Rescue could help
- Customers like how easy it is to get me on
- Its great for customers that perfer technicain to do the work
- Not much to me as im just an employee
