Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Rescue

We use LogMeIn Rescue to better assist clients with software-related issues. I's used on daily basis with the majority of clients who reach out to us.

Pros

  • Allows access to clients' machines
  • It's fast
  • It is secure

Cons

  • logging me out after every 15 minutes
  • It shortens the time we spend with a customer
It definitely makes it easier to provide support.
I often add my colleagues to sessions and sometimes transfer lead status. It's good overall.
