Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo

At my org, LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo is a life saver for remote IT support. It helps us to quickly troubleshoot issues for employees, no matter where they are at that point of time. From fixing software glitches to guiding through complex setups, it had Ensured smooth operations for my team specifically. Good job!

Pros

  • Good for real time remote trouubleshooting
  • Example when a co workers VPN stopped working, it can easily access their device and access the issue
  • multi device support available

Cons

  • I guess session delays can be improved
  • Also appreciate a more intuitive UI
  • Mobile support experience is great, can be made better
  • Reduced downtime is definitely the biggest ROI
  • Quick issue fix had led to better employee experience
  • Eliminated the need for on side visist
Yes, LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo is great for users whether tech savvy or not. It can take full control so those even with zero technical skills, just watch as issues gets resolved. The simple pop features helps guide employees, but some pop ups and permissions can be confusing for beginners. Overall, it makes remote control easy and stress free to an extent.
It has ensured security with encrypted connections and multi factor authentication, Keeping data safe during remote sessions. My team feels secure knowing it can only access what's needed with full visibility. Sessions log add accountability, boosting trust. It protects both company trust and data and privacy while maintaining a good credibility.
I'd rate it a solid 9/ 10 here for Customisation. It offers flexible permissions for technicians, customisable security settings, and connection methods (eg file transfer etc) . Can even tailor the access and sessions options based on different roles. So pretty easy with the customisable, to be precise. Automated workflows can make it better too.

When an employee's software crashes, it can take the full control, fix the issue an get them back to work. For hardware issues, like a faulty keyboard or network disconnection, remote access won't help much unfortunately. It's best when software troubleshooting is needed. Else, overall I don't see many issues with the same.
