Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Rescue

We use LogMeIn Rescue to allow us to quickly log into end users' machines remotely for multiple reasons.

These include logging in to provide technical support, to help apply patches, and to assist when users are having trouble with their machines.

LogMeIn Rescue is a very easy and powerful tool to use, and we appreciate the fact that it runs seamlessly and quickly.

LogMeIn Rescue is easy and intuitive to use both from the end users perspective as well as from the perspective of an agent. It’s quick to setup, quick to deploy and overall very easy and user friendly to use.

LogMeIn Rescue is suitable for novice users as well as those with more technical knowledge.
LogMeIn Rescue helps us be able to remotely log into end users machines and be able to verify that their machines are fully patched and up to date with all the latest drivers and windows updates.

Using this tool we can feel confident they are connections are secure and have the piece of mind that we can get into end users machines seamlessly and easily.
We feel this way because we been able to use this tool actively over time successfully without any issues in the workplace with a variety of end users of various technical abilities.
There are many customizable options and settings that we can tweak to custom configure whatever we need to based on our own needs and those of our end users.

The user interface is easy to use and custom configure whatever we need to change or modify as needed on the fly.
We like LogMeIn Rescue over TeamViewer because we have found that LogMeIn Rescue is much easier to use and setup and has an easier and friendlier user interface. LogMeIn Rescue is also easier to setup and has a smaller less complex footprint.

Team viewer is still a good secondary choice but we still prefer LogMeIn Rescue as our product of choice.

LogMeIn Rescue seems to work well on end users PC's. It is not all that great for logging into servers. All in all it is a good product with a good easy to use and friendly user interface.
