Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo

I've been using LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo for more than 3 years now and it has been a perfect tool to support users all around the world. From easy to difficult cases, from a log in issue to a completely full new installation of software, this tool has offered me simplicity to work with the remote computers and communicate with the remote user at the same time. It has become my preferred tool for my remote support duties.

Yes, it does. I've provided support to end user where they are happier to be supported with LogMeIn Rescue instead of other remote support solutions. This has made me to preferred LogMeIn Rescue to be my default support tool. End users I've supported, have found this easy to use, as they just need to download the client executable, run it and wait for my support.
Ensuring security and confidentiality has been a priority with end user. Having someone to get connected to their computer makes LogMeIn Rescue a great solution, LogMeIn Rescue link is just to be used once, also, the chat window log everything that happens and make them feel comfortable by knowing if anything is been moved from my computer to them or vice versa.
Because the end user know that if I got disconnected with their supervision, I won't be able to get connected again using the same access link with out they knowing it.
LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo options are better positioned from others. Also the option to share files, is better to be run in another window, but reflected on main screen. The chat option is my favorite, as it is run by the side of the remote window, not like AnyDesk, which is not my favorite.

Easy option to share the remote access method (link, PIN or sent by email) so the end user has multiple options to share access depending on the issue. Even having the option to have this to be executed as a service to have the option to remote since the initialization of MS Windows.
