Overall Satisfaction with Lookback

We use Lookback to run user testing. It helps us to be able to collect insights and easily share them across the team. Having additions team members watch user interview sessions live helps put users at the center of our development process.

Pros

  • Sharing of interviews across the team
  • Creating highlights of insights

Cons

  • Ability to chat with participants
  • Ability to switch between screen share and full screen video
  • It allows us to understand our customers’ problems in a very team compatible way.
Once you understand how the interface works, it works great, but there is a learning curve.
It’s simply better to share and socialize the content across your company.

Making highlight reels that you can share with the rest of the team to show video insights from real customers is really powerful.
