Overall Satisfaction with Loom

Loom helps us provide video screen capture of workflows or issues in the product for both QA and current users/customers of our product. The shareable link it creates provides easy access along with microphone capture to aid in live commentary for these screen captures.

I prefer loom to Droplr because of its easy interface. I had to take extra time to learn how to become effective with Droplr, while Loom felt self explanatory.
I actually haven't needed to contact their support in the two years that I have used their product. The resources they provide and the tool they built hasn't required me to get help from their dedicated support staff.

I use Loom almost daily for internal communications with my team, and for external communications with a customer to add that extra mile customer service and delight. Video and Audio can create a ton of clarity for the viewer on the exact steps to replicate a bug or to accomplish a detailed workflow. It saves me time from writing out large emails, and is a more enjoyable medium for digesting that information anyways.
